However, effort must be taken to eat at the right time.

4. Less physical activity

Try and take a break every two hours from your desk and walk around the office. It will make you fit and also make you feel less stressful during work.

5. Genetic Conditions

This is probably the rarest reason for obesity. In This situation, it is always advised to consult a doctor and ask for the best solution to reduce your weight.
